网络连接
威云需要使用宽带连接。使用宽带应该可以达到上行数据流（与网络的连接）和下行数据流（从网络下载到本地连接）的最快速度。企业宽带的效果可能比住宅宽带更好。每月10GB的宽带应该够用。请不要选择那种一旦超出了流量限制网速就减慢的套餐。为了达到更好的效果，我们建议对于冗余，您可以使用有两个ISP和两个宽带连接的负载平衡路由器，或者使用3G路由器，在宽带断开时还可以继续使用3G连接。我们也建议您使用网络电缆（不要使用无线连接）将 POS 工作站连接到网络路由器。在考虑网速时，您还应该考虑影院中使用同一个网络连接的其他用量。
管理电脑（后台）
我们建议使用内有较新版本网络浏览器的 Windows 台式电脑或笔记本电脑运行威云。我们推荐最新版本的 Chrome、Firefox、Internet Explorer 或者 Safari 浏览器。请注意，您甚至可以使用柜台上的电脑同时运行后台和 POS。
POS
POS 可为您提供多种选择。您是想使用触屏的 POS，还是使用传统的鼠标键盘组合？威云两种都支持，但更加推荐使用触屏，因为触屏速度更快。

Printer
We recommend the following options. From EPSON, the
Epson TMT-88. Other alternatives include the Epson TMT-21, TMT-81,
or TMT-90 USB ticket/receipt printer. It is important to use the
USB connector variant. From BOCA, the BOCA Lemur-L or the BOCA
Lemur-R.
Card Swipe
A MagtekMagneSafe Mini USB card swipe reader with
Keyboard emulation (optional - for use with booking pickups).
Barcode Scanner
